Skincare was supposed to be about nourishment, yet every time I reached for a product labeled “hydrating” or “moisturizing,” I’d find coconut oil sitting at the top of the ingredients list. And if it wasn’t coconut oil, it was an overpowering fragrance that irritated my skin instead of enhancing it.
Finding skincare that was both natural and effective, without coconut oil, felt nearly impossible. I knew I wasn’t alone in this. The more I talked to others, the more I realized just how many people faced the same struggle. That’s when I knew: something had to change.
